Estimated Delivery Time

At Lora GoSkin, we strive to deliver your orders promptly. All packages are shipped via DHL First Class Mail or DHL Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee, as delivery times may vary based on location or unforeseen circumstances. Since no receipt signature is required, we recommend tracking your order regularly.

Please be aware that once a package is marked as “Delivered” on the tracking system, Lora GoSkin cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided.

Shipping Delays

While we ensure your order is shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt, Lora GoSkin is not responsible for delays caused by DHL or other external factors beyond our control. Any delays after a package leaves our facility are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting DHL directly with your tracking number if you experience delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We value our customers and kindly request that you double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. Lora GoSkin cannot be held accountable for packages lost due to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by you at the time of purchase. If you request an address change after an item has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will update the delivery destination.

If a package is returned to sender (Lora GoSkin) and arrives at our facility, we will notify you. You may then pay an additional shipping fee per item to have it resent. However, if the package does not return to our facility, we are unable to reissue your order. It is your responsibility to track the package and inform us when it has been returned to our premises.
